This will make the game easier obviously, but overall I think it's more fun to play a game where both sides have high damage.
This makes Legendary Difficulty much more similar to game like Metro, where damage is increased for both the player and enemies, making the game much more fun in my opinion.
I really hate how spongy the enemies feel, and how many hits it takes to kill them. Adjusts the player damage multiplier for Legendary Difficulty to increase damage by 3 times normal difficulty damage, instead of decreasing it to 25%.
